It's very predictable imho, there's a strong pattern already seen in the past.

I think it's a good running order tbh , the songs more likely to succeed got a good spot but Norway...so strange to have put it there, but there was maybe no other choice. I would have put Netherlands before and Norway to close the show. Maybe it's indeed an esc bubble song that won't really work.

It means Betfair Exchange isn't the best way to compare any types of odds/predictions.

Still think Belarus is a dark horse and they got a good draw. Estonia will be butchered, if the vocals are as bad as in the semifinal of Eesti laul where there were no prerecorded backing vocals.

if Bjorkman left the running order responsibility to the host nation instead of consuming the task every year, people would be convinced the thing is being handled fairly. Proposing "Hey, i have an idea. why dont you let me make the running order?" and doing it regularly every year isn't really something people are supposed to consider fair in the first place.

I highly doubt he demands that position every year, he is being asked by the host broadcaster each year, and of course he admits, I´m pretty sure many of you in here would too if you would have been asked to do it. Blame the broadcaster in , and who asked him instead.

Running order is totally fine. We had Cyprus closing SF last year, now they are going to open it. San Marino has had bad draw for years, not they are closing the show. Ireland had a great running order last year, now they perform 2nd. I think that's fair.

Anyway, I don't think running order is that relevant.

Now I'm trying to figure out what song you mean with what you said. I bet the 'conceptual lifeless song' is slovenia but the others I don't know right away. And popera is australia of course.

Sweden after Denmark, yeah. And the fav after Norway. Okaaaay. I know who wants Scandinavia doing well :-)
People are most excited about their own country (the casual viewer at least). Some even only tune in just before their country is on TV and leave soon after. So chances are best the songs before and after one’s own country are most watched. So now say it again... Denmark before Sweden and Norway before the big favourite. ;-)

Both of the semi-finals have the same number of songs I like, so it will be pleasant to watch to me.

I was thinking that Spain could do well because it's the only "party song" this year but I forgot San Marino. I guess that if SM qualifies to the grand final Spain will struggle to have a good result.
