Creating new contests on the forum

I've a proposal about jury. There will be no restrictions, but if you want to be one in the jury, you may represent not the country and its region.
For example Croatian Istria or Dubrovnik-Neretva or Karlovac, Spanish Catalonia or Andalusia or Canary Islands, British England or Scotland

Andalucia (Spain)

Istria (Croatia)

England (United Kingdom)

In the end, everyone can participate in the jury of his country, or as a separate area of their country (So if in Croatian jury will be 3 members, any of them, if he wants, can participate from the region)

it would be great
we could have 3 regions (there's more of them but we can have 3 big regions)
if the suggestion works, I would let every jury to decide on how will they manage those regions and stuff

Yes, I agree. It would be great. We can relieve the countries like UK, USA, Croatia, Spain, where is expected many members of the jury
In this case, if someone wants to personally send each release a song can make it.
Just solved the problem of limiting the jury, rotation, etc.

I'm liking this idea. Believe or not, I also had it one my mind sometimes but never had chance to tell it anywhere and I thought others never would like it. It seems very cool.
But Trece I have one doubt. For example, in Croatia we have Dalmatia, Istria and Slavonia. And, Severina is from Split (Dalmatia). Does that mean juror from Istria also can chose Severina or she just can represent Dalmatia?
I would prefer if for example, she just can represent Dalmatia. But then it would be nice rule that jurors between same countries are switching regions between each other, even maybe every month.
