Re: New Contests: Voting Form #1

Can someone tell me the difference between Language and Forumvision? I'm not going to go through 40+ pages of likely arguments to find out...

This is almost the same thing, only:

The jury will not be called "Spain" (FV) and "Spanish" (LSC)

LSC:
Countries that speak the same language will be integrated into the language group (=ROW-2) (for example Chile, Cuba, Peru, Mexico, Spain, Paraguay, Uruguay etc. will be in the "Spanish" jury)

FV:
Those countries that are still not represented on the forum (in FSC for ROW limit) (Chile, Peru, Lithuania, Slovakia, the Netherlands and others) will be presented here.

If I answer it,we will argue again,so it's not good idea. :?

For what I understood that's not really true... I think it would be about languages not countries, so for example a Chilean song in Spanish is able to be sent by a Spanish jury, but a Chilean song in English would be sent by English jury...

If you are a resident of Chile and consists in Spanish jury, then you can send a song just to Spanish jury (not sure about the Spanish language only). Otherwise, the jury will be constantly changing and will be a big mess, and the English jury will be very crowded, because almost every country has most of the songs in English.

But I'm just saying as I understand. Until now, proponents LSC have not provided clear and precise rules. Supporters Forumvision did it.

likewise the Croatian jury of Forumvision will be very crowded. And do you seriously think people will join Language Contest just to send songs in English :?

But there's no need to make rules for a contest that hasnt gotten the go-ahead yet...

Re: New Contests: Voting Form #1

In this case, people vote only for a name?
The main essence and principles must still be

Doesn't the main essence stand in the name, as in LANGUAGE?

For the new member is not clear what it means "Language Contest"

If there is going to be a language contest, I'd prefer if the songs are from countries where a language is official.

Re: New Contest: Voting Form #1

I would like to participate in NSC, but I do not want to wait 2 years, so did not join in WL.

That's funny :p
Why not simply join the WL and wait till you get in... as opposed to wanting to get in and doing nothing about it...
