So, a sore loser from the Netherlands (West), that didn't even qualify for the final, tried to throw crap at the winner from Russia (East) in some interview.
Sounds like a decent source for me.

I was joking though someone was taking this much too serious since asking for the source

Yes, she is one of the most popular singers in Bulgaria with maybe one of the biggest fan bases here if not the biggest one. But I think, for once we should play safe and send something that will make juries not to kill us.

Let's be honest, if you send her, I hope you won't make her a second Polina Gagarina. You aren't entitled to waste such an opportunity.
And if you fail again, so what? At least, she would have presented some personal work, not some nonsense meant to show your country name in the final. If juries destroy you, it's their loss (and ours). There's no glory in qualifying with a bland mess, even more so for underrated countries with a history of amazing entries.
What are the chances she could be your representative?

Going with Poli Genova or the X-Factor winner will be the safer choices according to BNT, but lets be realistic, if Poli Genova returns or the X-factor winner goes they will probably sing on english and will not be presenting something new and with Preslava if she goes with something similar to rezhim neprilichna, na tebe ne otkazvam, razkiy me or luzha e at least Bulgaria will present something not seen on the Eurovision stage, and even if it is not succesful at least you went to the competition in your own language and not presenting a copy of Heroes or a million voices like some of the other countries will do just for the sake of the juries. I mean BNT has nothing to loose and they should risk more, some countries like Russia are going with very famous singers like Sergey Lazarev. I just hope that Bulgaria will go a new face. I´m getting tired of seeing artists returning.

One name being rumoured from the very beginning - Poli Genova joined a bit later by Preslava as in the second case there is also an positive public response by her producers from Payner as well. The third option with X-factor winner looks like very likely as well as BNT has a policy to have good relationships with the other major TV stations in Bulgaria - bTV and Nova (X-factor is a show by Nova). And as JESC was a partnership between bTV and BNT, it seems logical to maintain a balance and to propose the very same thing to Nova as well.
Anyway, all three options mentioned are very likely.
