Hmm, why announce they're coming back just to withdraw again?
They are acting all Slovakia on us, hopefully they'll re-consider this decision in the end.
Slovakia at least didn't make a fake come back....

Well, in 2011 they withdrew out of time and not to pay the fee they came back with those twins. I don't remember anything at all in 2012 tbh...
What I mean is, in the end, Slovakia didn't withdraw from 2009 to 2012. But after staying out for one year, coming back to withdraw again a couple of weeks later.... it's a big non-sense, they're playing with us or it's because their friends will not be there to give points...

Yeah, I meant the on-and-off announcements... but you're right, it feels kinda lame to comeback and act like that. I mean why even bother announcing coming back in the first place then?
Seriously?!?! Geez, make up your mind. I get that the original deadline is only preliminary but c'mon.....
Well it's not an easy decision to pay 40k€+ for something that might turn out to be a failure, isn't it?
So sad about BiH being out yet another year, hopefully the EXYU mafia will come strong in 2014!

I don't think they were ever seriously going to take part. I except this is the final decision. The Balkan bloc is falling apart for next year's contest.

Sad..........but not surprising decission
In the end only and will participate from "ex-yu block".
And this fact alone just shows how "strong" our block actually was. And that all the great results we were achieving were solely because of the good songs we had.
