According to this article (novinite.com) the broadcaster of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not participate in Copenhagen but has decided to enter Turkvision instead.

i checked their news portals and i didn't find anything about that
only news that there will be turkvision but nothing else

Owner of license for Turkovision is private tv station Hayat (and their owner is ethnic Turk). And there is no news about participating or non participating in Copenhagen

As far as i'm aware its a different broadcaster that is doing Turkvision.
