I'm actually not looking forward to Conchita. I prefer things that are trashy and campy without trying to be. Plus Conchita sings the most bland, generic ballads. I like the kitsch, extravagant stuff in eurovision as it's fun and a novelty. I'd like to think my taste is quite ok outside of the contest however:? Plus I do appreciate songs of great quality and sincerity in the contest also when one should rarely arise

Yeh, I guess it is strange, but my mum dislikes fish as well. I find the taste of fish vile, and thought of raw fish is enough to make feel sick. My hometown was once the biggest fishing port in the world so i'm kind off a disgrace to my hometowns heritage

very cute and a bit cheeky.
I guess it can't decide if it a trash entry cute (Easter European Funk) or feel good cute... that might kill it. in this genre you have to commit. walking the line is not gonna cut it

what i REALLY like about it though is that he seems like he has a good voice and musical ear.
That kind of song doesn't require much of it, but those light-i-don't-care-let's-just-chill kinds of songs are really easy to "phone in" and not pay much attention to actually hitting the notes. Most of the time half the notes would be flat, half sharp, half-assing them with the idea "i'm not singing a power ballad so screw it"
