It is not up tempo, for sure. It is moderate ballad tempo.

To me "miracle" looks like a cheesy anthemic europop song rather than a ballad, but we'll see.

It does, in Turkish, not in Azerbaijani. Rahim also means "merciful" in Arabic. I strongly believe her surname comes from Arabic origin.
