Before this everyone (at least here) thought that they are just lucky or the juries like them...

Nope. This is old. The image of Azerbaijan started to get damaged in 2010 or so.

Well if you see (but because of the language you can't) the comments in Greek OGAE in the article for Dilara only two guys from 31 comments like ....the else hate them and they find them horrible country and they hate all the people from Azerbaijan....

It's really really annoying...

I didn't know that but I suppose that this happens for some rumors....but there is and something else as well for this hating...

Firstly, the criticism against Azerbaijan started in 2008 already when apparently Azeri TV allegedly blocked numbers for Armenia, then in 2009 Azeri citizens that voted for Armenia apparently got interrogated, and then there's the constant allegations of bribing and buying votes (fixing votes in smaller countries like Malta for instance)... so I guess there's been a bad image for years now...

I think this comes because sometimes it looks like they are trying to buy the whole thing, and I'm not talking about the possible cheating with the votes, the affair with Malta,...etc

The fact is that Azerbaijan's attitude in ESC looks like some person that gets everything he/she wants just by paying a sum of money. So many people don't like Azerbaijan because of this.

Are they buying everything? Probably no..... But it looks like that and in this world is more important to look good than to be good. So they are responsible for this.

In the end, it's the flag...... When crappy stuff happens in any country, even if it's government's fault and not people, that will affect to the country's image.

I can accept this but my point was that the people hate the country and out of ESC but because of ESC....that's what I don't like...if they had some personal problem with I would be ok but now I just can't

Well, there have been some over-sensitive Azeri members that couldn't handle criticism towards their broadcaster very well, fortunately that's not the case with all.
