Maybe WTHIE was loved too unanimously. Acts with more controversy around them seem to have done especially well this year. People might not have voted for Teya and Salena because they thought they would get a lot of points anyway.

Any thoughts on televoting-points from Switzerland and Austria to Germany and vice versa?

Considering everything it was not the worst. Juries appreciated you like it deserved - they didn't care so much about running order. And in televote they also did better than Czechia last year and overall 15th is a decent, respectable place. It could have been worse.

Amazing ORF viewing figures. Between 1,187 Mio and 927.000 viewers. Share between 39 and 62% share - I think these are the best viewing figures ever in modern :at: Eurovision history.

I think the joined Pre Show didn't really pay off.

I'm also surprised that Austria got 0 from Switzerland, because usually a few points are given.

On the other hand Switzerlands Televote is mostly diaspora.

Calculated for Germany, that would be 11 million viewers, but they only had 7,45 mio.

I hoped that the joined show would help to exchange a few points. Not because I want neighbor voting, but because I really loved your entry this year... and to be honest I also expected us to give you some points at least. Is there any way to check full televoting results? Would be curious to see if it just missed out on the points.

Not too bad result for Austria, 15th, but I was hoping it would do better.
I voted for you, well tried to vote
I said somewhere in the beginning there's a chance that the public, watching and hearing the song for the first time, won't get the witty message of the song and unfortunately I think that was the case.
Also, running order definitely didn't help with the public.

But I think they should have gotten more points from the jury. xcoffee

With an slightly better televoting results of like 30, 40, 50 points which many other countries got we would have been top 10.

16 points was really a shock yesterday.

We can be happy about the 2nd place in the SF though. Even Cesar wasn’t that good in his SF.

I was worried all season that :at: would be a Fan Fave Flop, and... well. :( I do think that they probably wouldn't have done so well even if they got, say, Finland's running order - :au: also flopped in tele despite a better RO - but it definitely didn't help them. Back to my full-time job of Jury Defender as they save songs like these that the audience haven't even tuned in for.

Well we aren’t a FFF though because we were 2nd in the SF.

It was a forced fan flop. Until running order, it was all rainbows in the odds and we did so well in the semi

I did vote for :ch: 5 times though I hadn‘t planned to.

I think we should keep that to build up more feeling of neighborhood. Especially the casual viewer might then get more attached to the other DACH-entries

I mean even though we share the same language and certain similar cultural aspects I’m not feeling close to :ch: at all tbh. Especially when living in eastern :at:. Not less or more close to :cz: and :hu: for example.
