Omygosh they finally picked a Filipino sensation probably to compensate Bella S. :D

Nothing on earth could possibly compensate for the loss of my favourite female Tagalog rapper Bella Santiago

I find it quite sad that Vincents nomination is diminished to his asian roots and used for a discussion about asiavision. I think there are other threads to discuss this topic. in first case he is a good singer and he represents Austria at Eurovision.

Like last year i've heard a demo Version of the Song and Personal i did Not like it, a little wannabe bruno mars-ish but apparently the Song has been heavily reworked since then

Since ORF mentions that Vincent is a Songwriter I wonder if he wrote that song on his own or if he got help from other composers like symphonix. However, I am happy that Austria sends an uptempo song this year. There have not been many austrian uptempo songs at Eurovision. I am quite sure it will be of better quality than the one from year 2012.

Very good choice. I expect a very energetic dance show from Austria in Rotterdam.

Yes, Vincent Bueno sounds much better than just Vincent in my opinion. Not that excited from what I've seen from him on YT, but he's got a good voice. I'll have to wait for the song, I guess :D

His name always has been Vincent Bueno. In some Shows (like "Musical!") they just used the first name.

Vincent said that he wrote lyrics and music himself and that a team of producers is going to finalize it. I dont think it could be Kruder and Dorfmeister.

I am not amused with this choice, imo I find him uncharismatic and his music boring, so tbh I have no expectations at all, so I guess I have to wait for the song to change my first impression.

"I don't need another chick who only wants to ride my dick, not my heart" is just about the worst lyric I've endured in a long while (it made me experience secondhand embarrassment). Having said that, his voice is ok. Nothing to get excited about though until we hear the song. Hopefully it's good. I wouldn't mind a slinky R&B number, just minus the cringe lyrics please.

This morning on Ö3, it was said, that it's a mix between a ballad and an up-tempo-track.

I wonder if eurovision outlets like wiwi, escunited etc.. will react on the fact that he has homophobic and sexist views. They have been informed. Also, I heard selected artists have been informed and advised to keep a distance from him. I wouldn't be surprised to see esc commentators and hurry members who are lgbt being informed abt it.

Hmm, it's ironic because he still didn't #OpenUp ::lol lol
Could this be the first time Austrian rep gets booed on the stage? Hmm...
