I don't know how this will do though, it's really hard to predict. The staging will be key. A one-shot approach like the one used in the video could maybe work?

Never underestimate the female voting power in Eurovision. Paenda is likely to easier connect with women than with the Eurofan who only cheers for sexy hunks and flamboyant divas with a banger. I am still hopeful and positive. The blogs can be very discouraging, but inside the bubble of superfans and bloggers, there is not too much diversity of taste.

I guess the backing vocals will support her, probably during the "you" parts. Don't think they will add a choir or something.

I have always heard the song via the fu..... speakers of a tablet and not very loud either. I did not recognize the background vocals until I heard it today through headphones and louder. The song immediately clicked with me, but to hear it louder and with headphones it is even more amazing than I thought previously.

At Deutsche Welle was a summary piece of the entries today. And Austria ( last year) was only recognized in the context of Sweden's entry this year.

This is so great about this song. If you listen carefully there is a lot going on and the dynamic is very much there. It's not static, I get the feeling of just slowly floating thru time and space.

This is really not for me HOWEVER last few days it kind of started to be a grower... I can appreciate all the emotion she pours onto this song and one can really tell its heartfelt. Definitely appreciate the song now.
