Weren't some of the criterias the juries were gonna judge originality of the song and vocal range?

I have some doubts lately on how much the juries value someone's vocals (though, it also depends on the juror), but anyone who ignores this vocal is...definitely deaf.

No sure, I don't think it's necessary these days to particularly have a strong voice as long as the staging and song is somehow good considering the last years, but the vocal powerhouse which is Kate will help her I hope
No really as I said, I just hope the juries respect the song and Kate for what it is
I'll be praying to God that they'll nail the staging this year, and I'm fully convinced they will under the leadership of Paul Clarke as they've ditched Sacha Jean-Baptiste this year

I just listened to this song since many weeks. What a fader. It became tough again for me to endure the full three minutes of bizarre song. Heike sings like she gets tickled or gratified underneath her dress.

I am just curious if the juries will award this entry or not - or whether Sweden and Denmark will continue with high points to Australia
In my opinion, this song's got so many layers the juries can award - or not

I think it could go either way, but I expect Kate to really nail it live, and if that happens, I can't imagine any jury ignoring that brilliance. I think the song is televote-friendly as well and that's really a win-win scenario right there

One thing that pisses me off is that she is getting so many political-inspired comments lately. I don't know if that happens on Instagram too.

There are quite a few vocal Australians when it comes to this issue. I remember Jessica Mauboy received similar comments regarding her participation in the Tel Aviv pre-party last year.

Those comments are really far-fetched, but that doesn't stop Kate from being Amazing

No really, I have really big expectations for the staging in Tel Aviv considering last year's result and I'm confident that under the leadership of Paul Clarke that it's gonna look amazing and Kate's vocals are from another planet. Well now I thought Australia were gonna slay the staging last year after Isaiah, but they didn't so perhaps I shouldn't let my expectations go too high - but poor Jess she didn't deserve to be thrown under the bus by Sacha and neither did she deserve that her own delegation completely let her down. I still listen to the song and watch the performance ocassionaly though because I absolutely love her and the song

Spend the money you clearly didn't spend on Jess last year on Kate - Kate deserves better because she is Amazing
