Aussies are so much better live xlove okay maybe not Jess (but I can't here much difference from her GF performance to her pre-party performances where she was praised for her live vocals and rightly so imo) and throw me some shades but I personally prefered Isaiah's live performances to the studio version except from the semi performance

Kate is so multitalented, she does so many things xlove
this year's Mary Sue

I actually admire all the effort that :au: has been putting into the contest ever since their debut :D Ever since they've debutted, they've put more effort into everything than some countries did in like....40+ years of participation.

Of course, one song is better than the other, but the enthusiasm is there and I love it :D

I think they have sent quality entries every year with great staging and production value - and the jury scores they've received show that
Last year was their most unprofessional act by far (but we all know the mess which happened behind the scenes) and it got reflected in the jury vote

I would love Kate to do better in televote than jury to break barriers...

Yeah, Jessica was by far the weakest entrant so far. Other than Kate (ofc  ), I really liked Guy, then Dami, and then Isaiah. But so far there wasn't really a "bad song", each of them were good in their own regard.

And yes, Kate is way above everything :D

I have to respectfully disagree with Jess because I absolutely adore her. I get where you’re coming from and I respect but I’m literally in love with Jess too lmao

That being said, Kate was slaughtered by a panel of four and three ESC fans but I just gotta mention that a girl around my age gave it a twelve xheart

Always great to see people having amazing tastes xlove:mrgreen:

I gotta say though it was the only song yesterday who got a response from the audience once it was called out xheart
And I rarely hear anyone cheer when they call out the next country so that might be a sign that it's got some fans in the Norwegian ESC-community xheart

Made a little "remix"... or maybe not a remix really, just added some stuff to the song

I can’t wait for fans to see the plans we saw come to fruition. We got the tick of approval for our staging concept with Kate Miller-Heidke and there are a couple of big surprises in store.

It will be very different from the staging at Eurovision – Australia Decides. On the Expo Tel Aviv stage, Kate’s performance will be a truly epic evanescent enchantment. There are a lot of great artists and songs in Semi Final 1, but we totally intend to stand out.

They got through with their ideas this year so I’m confident it’s gonna look expensive and well thought out

There is soo much going on, the lady fliying and swinging in the background distracts me a lot. And is there a "Bring the longest skirt" challenge on ESC that I dont know about ? We had enough of that dress c'mon Autralia be more creative.

I will never forgive Autralia for picking Zero Gravity over Electric Fields (you will always be in my heart 2000 and whatever :( )

"Zero" Taste in music.

Im so happy because Australia avoided that extremely terrible noice called ''2000 and whatever'' and selected that masterpiece ''Zero gravity'' is. Also Kate is so amazing!

Yep, 2000 or whatever was an absolute mess on the eyes and ears live. Talk about overrated. Kate slayed vocally and hopefully the staging will be dramatically improved for Tel Aviv.

Lezbe honest for a second. 2000 and whatever was catcy, mood lifter, easy to sing along and different
ESC has seen lots of great opera-popopera entries all of them had great tunes but this one is not one of them. It's soo mediocre
Kate is cute though.

Ouch. If she performs it at least half as well as in the studio version, I might rate it highly. The live version has terrified me.

If all the juries judged it this way xheart

I think :rs: juries will love it. Granted, I don't know who will sit there, but I have a feeling that they will recognize her quality xlove

Unless they put some turbo folkers in.....but luckily, chances for that are low.

I'd love if they used some of the visuals from Jessica's "Sea of Flags" performance - I really think that some of the visuals from that performance was absolutely stunning
