Where are the ZERO Points in the poll?
No wonder. Have you seen Matt's reaction? ;)

I'll give it 4 points when the correct poll is up. The song has already been quite gimmicky, the staging ruined my fascination completely :? If they change the staging this can be my fave in Tel Aviv.

Wouldn't have got close to winning.

Both Kate and EF are too niche

Well, look at who won last year. I don't mind that Kate's performance was niche, it's just that the whole performance is so overdone at this point. Every time someone does popera, they decide they need to be raised on some massive platform in a massive glowing dress...

Don't get me wrong, this is actually fine, it's just that Australia had something that I really thought was original and strong that they should have sent instead.

12 points for this, and down with the haters. By far Australia's best entry. I expect it to get top 10, but beyond that is impossible to predict. Need to change the staging!

Tumblr, mostly.
Hmm I would say we're looking at 15th ish place, i think. I think it'll get support, but not overwhelmingly so.

It definitely qualifies though, lmao.

I have … but the zero Points are ROBBED! Hope Matt or whoever does that, fixes that. cause after seeing the performance a second time, I will downgrade my 2 points.

Absolutely elated by the result. Kate was sensational. I personally thought the staging concept was clever but I can see why it might be too much for some. I’m just so relieved we’ll get to see it on the big stage in May, polished and perfected where necessary!

How's it possible that neither Sheppard, nor Courtney Act, nor Electric Fields did win Oo

Any results?

I love how people call it a non-qualifier, purely because they don't like the song. Take a while, and think about that. We all let our feelings get in the way of judging how well a song is going to do at ESC, especially just after the result. The best I could say was top 10, but that is all I can say, and even then it depends on the qualify of songs released between now and mid-March. I'm obvioisly biased to, but I'm trying to look at from the big picture. I would love for this to win, but that is an unrealistic prediction at this point.

zero gravity will be a fascinating social experiment at eurovision. you just KNOW that if romania sent it the juries would all go "THANK U NEXT BITCH". but it's australia. will juries prove they were picking songs or will they pick flags like we think they do?

i kind of want laura bretan to defeat bella santiago in selectia nationala just for the direct comparison now lol.

I'm not a big fan of this song, but I'm pretty sure this has good chances for a top5.

I'm in absolute shock. I thought the live performance was a mess (albeit an entertaining one) but then it won the jury vote? I had a feeling EF would just miss out in the end but I'm still agog that it was KATE who beat them. I need time.

If La Forza could only manage 8th, I struggle to see how this poor man’s projection dress + accompanying song could do any better.

As many others I am at this point mostly disappointed that Electric Fields did not win. On beforehand I was actually sceptical about how 2000 would work on stage. But my scepticism was thoroughly put to shame by Electric Fields! I loved their act! I would have loved to see and hear them in TLV!

Zero Gravity is not my cup of tea. I am quite intrigued with the first minute though, and when the beat kicked in the first time I heard it I was very happy - thinking this would kick ass! But then it didnt... and the last operatic minute kind of ruins the song for me.
I dont mind the staging though, but neither does it represent a pluss i my book (staging seldom does).

All in all a decent entry, and will probably end up in the middle of my list. But a HUGE letdown from what could have been this year... xcry1

Australia bet for the first time in an NF, with excellent results for me, some interesting songs and perfect scenery. Fortunately the best music won, to my myself was also very good .... Presentation to remember Estonia 2018, perfect vocals of Kate and very captivating music has everything to finish well both in my Raking and in the result in Israel, at least for now 10 points.
