Talk about a sore loser. What the hell, man?

I just don't see how a song that was not favourite with the televoters or the jury can deserve to win

I'm happy that Ukraine won and not this ! I dont like this song at all and it wouldn't be a good winner IMO.

My family and friends unanimously agree that this year's contest was a farce and that Australia should have won.
Our national jury was just as shocked as well.

Our disappointment and anger is such that we probably won't watch the contest next year.

Dami Im is the real winner!

Be gone you Russian!

Everyone knows your talentless entry would be nowhere near the top 3 if it wasn't for millions of Slavic immigrants everywhere!

So happy the juries and EBU didn't manage to push their new sweetheart country to victory.

If someone was wondering before, it became so obvious yesterday that they have a clear agenda with Australia.

Special-invite only turning into a permanent participant without any clear explanation from EBU and still breaking their own rules and the jury push in both 2015 and in particular now, the good draws, the hosts over-mentioning them etc.

I'm happy a genuine and not plastic ballad won in the end, although my top. 5 this year didn't consist of any ballads.

Gabe is not even from Russia, as far as Im aware. Just deal with the fact that three beautiful songs (yes even Russia - Im not a fan of You Are The Only One but the public loved it and the staging was spectacular) from three beautiful Slavic countries are Europe's winners of this year's edition of EUROvision Song Contest.

Yeah sure, keep telling that to yourself.

The large Slavic diaspora voted for their homelands and other Slavic friends.

I'm British. See my location there? It says 'Sheffield' in Cyrillic script. And yes, all those bloody Slavic people in Slavic countries voting for songs they like! How dare they!!1!!1!1!111!

Nice attempt at using someone's nationality as a perjorative. Cutiepie.

EUROVISION POLITICS CONTEST!

And the Western juries voted for rich Western countries singing in English only and pushing Australia that shouldn't even be in ESC in the first place... blocking votes for different countries because they are not "as worthy"...

So yeah... it's political indeed... from all sides of the spectrum... don't think western countries are less innocent because then you are deluding yourself.

You may be British, but you obviously still favor your "ancestral homeland". And those immigrants don't vote for songs they like, they just vote for their homeland or in your case ancestral homeland no matter how horrible the song may be.

Your ties to one your ancestor's homeland are still visible, which is perfectly fine. But if you let those feeling influence how you vote, it's not very admirable.

No it isn't political from all sides. The jury is now less political than it used to be. Australia was pushed so much because they were obviously the best!

Do you know him personally? If no, how do you even know Russia is his 'ancestral homeland'?

Why does he have a Russian flag in his avatar then? Doesn't make much sense...

Why does he have a Russian flag in his avatar then? Doesn't make much sense...

Because he is fascinated by Russian culture? He likes Russian song this year? He has a Russian partner? Maybe he just likes the way the flag looks like?

There are millions of possible reasons.

For example, I have Czech flag, and although I do have Czech ancestry, the reason I have it on my profile is just because I like Gabriela's song.

Also, I think that if Dami was 4th in the televotes, it's because people in Europe are still afraid to vote for country that is so far away from Europe. I think many of the Europeans watching the contest don't understand why and what Australia does in the ESC and yet they don't vote for them, even if the song is marvellous.
