It's a good sign if the most common argument against the song is the fact that it's from Australia.

A bit disappointing ... Absolutely forgettable and formulaic, not even catchy which could have saved it. Nevertheless, i will give it a second chance.

-She has good and interesting vocals.
-The instrumentals do their job.

THE BAD:

-The "FaceTime" lyric is a minor nitpick, because she sings it just once.
-The song, overall, is a bit dull.

THE VERDICT:

All I can say is that last year's song was better, and this is a case of Australia going with the typical Eurovision-pop route instead of being unique. While this song is good, it's only just that. It's always up to the audience whether this song makes the Final. 7 points

Does the chorus kind of remind anybody of "Battlefield" by Jordin Sparks :? Probably just me but I always end up singing that half way through the chorus of this

As a whole it feels somewhat unfinished like its missing something. I know its suppose to be all stripped back and simple but it doesn't feel that way to me for some reason.
