I really hope for any slot between 4-8... Even 1 would be better for change than 2 or 3.

I think some time soon after the HOD meeting.

I really hope for any slot between 4-8... Even 1 would be better for change than 2 or 3.

I think Estonia should get a better slot this year - partially to make up for their unlucky history with the allocation draw, and partially because I doubt the EBU would want to kill off a big favourite. Has a big favourite ever gotten a particularly bad draw since the running draw moved to being decided by producers?

I don't think we can really say anything with this much certainty until we hear the song.
