Eurovoix: More delegations confirmed:

"Today, the countries of Tunisia, Morocco, Kosovo and Kazakhstan have confirmed that they will be sending delegations to Vienna for the Eurovision Song Contest next month. These countries excluding Morocco have never sent an entry to the contest, but they will be covering the contest in Vienna in May."

Does it mean anything topic-related? What exactly is the point of "sending delegations"?

I don't trust at all the source.
It's from a random person who wrote it in his twitter page.........

John Kennedy O'Connor, definitely more reliable than a lot of eurovision news sites out there

Maybe even a third semi to watch. xyaaay

I don't think this will ever happen.
At least let's hope we keep 2 Semifinals. :)

Btw, EBU said that this information about these delegations is false.

This news didn't make sense anyway because Morocco already took part in the contest, so they could have just come back if they wanted to, no need for preliminary bullsh*t.
As for Kazakhstan, they seem to be left out on purpose by the EBU and their journalists cover the event for quite a long time now, so no "observations" are needed either if they are about to take part.
And Kosovo... Can they even show up? It's not even a state for several European countries. Unless this issue is sorted out, their debut would only lead to troubles.

Cyprus is no country for Turkey either. There were no problem.

You're right but in Kosovo's case, it involves many more countries: Cyprus, Spain, Greece, Romania, Slovakia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, even Morocco  I don't think this would do any good right now.

Let's see if this is possible.

First of all, we suppose that all 39 european countries from this year,
will also compete next year.

Then, we have information about posible returns from Bulgaria, Turkey and Croatia. (42)
Bosnia, Ukraine and Slovakia are not out of question. (45)
Maybe there could be a posible surprise return from one of Monaco, Luxemburg or Andorra. Or Even a debut from Lichtenstain. (46)
Finally, maybe EBU will have another guest country, for example Kazakstan. (47)

Okay about Bulgaria, Turkey and Croatia.

Ukraine's comeback will depend on other things and I'm not too optimistic about Bosnia and Slovakia.

Monaco and Luxembourg don't give a shit. Andorra has a lot of financial problems. Liechtenstein... well, if they didn't join before, I don't think they'll ever be joining. Kazakhstan.... well, I hope EBU doesn't do another Australia with them.

And don't forget that some countries could still withdraw.

I think Kosovo and Kazakhstan have been covering Eurovision for years, so this is nothing new.
