Let's see if this is possible.

First of all, we suppose that all 39 european countries from this year,
will also compete next year.

Then, we have information about posible returns from Bulgaria, Turkey and Croatia. (42)
Bosnia, Ukraine and Slovakia are not out of question. (45)
Maybe there could be a posible surprise return from one of Monaco, Luxemburg or Andorra. Or Even a debut from Lichtenstain. (46)
Finally, maybe EBU will have another guest country, for example Kazakstan. (47)

Monaco, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg - NO, NO, NO and NO. They will bring as much "quality" as San Marino. xbeee

It's quite hard to come true... I think the possibility of keeping all the 39 participating countries for 2016 is only 50%, the same percentage as between Greece and Cyprus there will be one country withdrawing in 2016, and, if San Marino doesn't qualify then it's probable that it will withdraw.

Then, we have information about posible returns from Bulgaria, Turkey and Croatia. (42)

My guess is only 2 out of the 3 countries will return. I doubt Croatia's return in 2016...

Bosnia, Ukraine and Slovakia are not out of question. (45)

I'm sorry but I guess none of the three countries will return, at least Ukraine and Slovakia won't, if Bosnia does return...

Don't think it is possible... I hope Luxembourg will return, but Monaco and Andorra will claim one more time that they don't have money, don't have plans etc...
Nor do I think Liechtenstein will debut.

Finally, maybe EBU will have another guest country, for example Kazakstan. (47)

IMHO this is the most possible among all the wishes above.

I'd rather see Kosovo debut than any of these.... what are the Middle Eastern / North African countries that are eligible to enter, anyway?

North African countries are eligible to enter,
Lebanon & Morocco, seem to be interested, but only if Israel is not in.
So we better forget them.
Although i would welcome them.
Kosovo is a different story.

Why Luxembourg? It has a bigger population than Iceland and it has a big rich history in the contest.

if we want a new record,Slovenia has to win and Czech Republic has to be high (or the other way around, but i prefer the first option:mrgreen:)
That way we have 40 countries from this year+Turkey,Bulgaria and Bosnia who want to return anyway+Croatia and Slovakia
That's 45 countries....46 if we include Ukraine:cool:

And then we will have more non-qualifiers, more neighbor voting and more butthurt in the contest. 40-42 is enough.

If we want to avoid neighbor voting, we should transform eurovision to worldvision.

No chance  We will see Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia and Turkey return but nothing more :D I'm not so sure about Ukraine :(

Worst scenario: :cz: leaves because of bad result again, :ro: leaves because of DNQ xrofl2
