I like social songs.
oh, and it's not cliche like "forever-together"
I'm wondering how she's gonna deal with parts that don't rhyme.

According to the way how she registrated her name in EBU it is Alyosha.

But according to the official page it is Alyosha. When our band from 2005 registrated themselves as GreenJolly I wrote it in a proper way. Yes, change it.
btw. I like the name of the song SWEET PEOPLE, how can we translate it into Russian or Ukrainian??? ????? ???? probably?

I completly agree, I think the lyrics are very well written. I personally think it may be a little bit too dark for eurovision but you never know.
I can't stand the whole "tell me why, say goodbye, don't lie, please don't cry"
So thumbs up from me for the lyrics, now let's wait for the actual song!!!!

*lol* agree 100%; "save the world" and "peace for all" type of lyrics are the tackiest and trashiest of them all... makes Svetlana's "SEXY BOOM" look like some masterpiece lyric for sure!

Well, if thinking about global warming and nature is worser than brainwashing yourself listening to "sexy BOM" - thank god I'm not like that then
I didn't mind Loboda and I certainly don't mind Alyosha. Imho, its lyrics is miles better than majority of entries this year, for me the most horrible lyrics are the most wide spread a-la "I love you so much, be with me" or "I loved him but he left me"

The song isn't that bad. It will struggle to qualify though. It's like a rock ballad version of Russia 2005.
