I'm trying to learn the Cyrillic alphabet (mostly the Russian version so far) and it's really hard but I got really excited when I could read this thread title. I don't understand what it means (apart from 'russki' meaning Russian) since I haven't studied any of the languages that use the Cyrillic alphabet yet, but at least I know what the letters are and what sound they make. :D

Ah thanks! I figured it meant something like that. Languages have always come easy to me while I've always had trouble with chemistry and mathematics. So there seems to be a connection there since you're the opposite. And thank you. I hope to know the alphabet more fluently soon, at the moment identifying the letters is a bit slow for me but it's getting there. :)
