GermanBango I would change Romania to Belgium and put Norway to higher but it is almost a perfect list.

Semi 2 is weaker but also harder to predict. If I could freely decide which songs from semi 2 will qualify, it would be these 10 (sorted according to my personal taste):
01) :ua: Ukraine safe qualifier
02) :bg: Bulgaria safe qualifier
03) Norway safe qualifier
04) :be: Belgium xpray
05) :pl: Poland uncertain
06) :il: Israel
07) :ch: Switzerland hardly realistic
08) :rs: Serbia
09) :sl: Slovenia nearly impossible
10) :mk: Macedonia uncertain

This is only a wishlist, and I am aware that at least 2 or 3 songs (probably Switzerland, Slovenia and maybe Poland or Macedonia) have (unfortunately) to be replaced by...
:au: Australia safe qualifier (but still no Eurovision country!)
:lv: Latvia safe qualifier
:dk: Denmark uncertain

Unsure about... (not completely without chances):
:ie: Ireland
:lt: Lithuania
:by: Belarus
:al: Albania

Will quite certainly not qualify:
:ge: Georgia

Any kind of feedback and criticism is very welcome!

I'm surprised at the lack of love :rs: is getting. Don't get me wrong its 4th in the poll and it is consistently named as a likely qualifier, but I feel like it could be fighting :ua: for the 1st place in semi 2. The song is great and has a really good message, but singer is also really good, confident and sings the song like Goodbye was made for her. Not sure what the performance will be like (I doubt it'll be similar to the video and if it is, the makeup will be toned down atleast), but :rs: rarely disappoints with staging, maybe 2011 was their low (but they must've underestimated the stage size that year). She'll easily do well with the juries aswell as certain 8-12 televoting points from :sl:, :mk: and :bg:.

Then again, people may be thinking this is a personal favourites poll rather than a prediction.

my guess

95% sure
Australia big star, popular songs. Probably top 3
Serbia will be loved in east europe, many neighbours

80% Sure
Bulgaria remember Na Inat and not many friends, but many loves it, so should be easy safe
Latvia not a fan, but many like it and remember last year
Poland did it in 2014/2015 with weak songs. Will probably do it again
Ukraine Ukraine always qualifly when their have ok songs

60% sure
Litauen some friends votes and some voting from people living in other country but are from Lithuania
Norway not sure, but think Agnete will get enought points from both jury/televotning
Denmark same like Norway, but perhaps most points from televotning

50% sure
Macedonia neighbours and good voice
----------
Belgium nr 11 few friends, but could easy take Macedonia or one of nordic country places

40% sure
Israel not sure about this one, but think it will fall
Albania Same like Macedonia, but i think the song is a little bit weaker and will fall

30% sure
Ireland much higher if we sings well, but i,m afraid this we be like Ireland 2014. Very bad live
Belarus bad voice and bad songs. Belarus must do something live to have a chance
Switzerland because of jury, but afraid the songs will be to borning on the night

10% sure
Georgia when Georgia sends crazy songs their fall. Don,t see this get something better then 2012 and 2014
Slovenia i like it, but don,t see televoting or jury voting for it. Just one song people will forget

This semi final is almost equally strong as the first semi final, why do people call it weak?

I have a hard time to decide who is my top 10 here.

This must be the first time ever in a poll of this sort that I actually for a 100% agree with the poll! My guess equals the poll. And if that wasnt enough - it also equals GermanBango's simulation!
Normally I tend not to do too well with my guesses...

My only concern in this semi is Bulgaria because all of my favorites are in the other semi.

I don't believe that Bulgaria will qualify until I see it with my own eyes. I was really sure that we will qualify in 2011 and 2012 and it didn't turn that way so anything can still happen. Specially when we put the fact that the juries hate us.

Televoting will probably love it, but i,m agree with you that Bulgaria is not 100% safe. The good news is that this is the weak semifinal and the song is good.

Definite qualifier

:lv: Latvia is a great opener and people will remember the good song.
:rs: Serbia's song has a meaningful message and will stand out between Belarus and Ireland.
:au: Australia is Australia, and has a lot of hype surrounding it.
:ua: Ukraine, again, is Ukraine, and the song is unique and Jamala's vocals are flawless.

Likely qualifier

:pl: Poland will appeal to a lot of viewers.
:il: Israel's rehearsals have shown a lot of improvement, and they're rising in the betting odds too.
:bg: Bulgaria is almost safe, but Poli's dancing is just a cringefest.
 Norway has a fairly good song but the whole rhythm change could turn some off.

Borderline +

:lt: Lithuania has a better song than a lot of people give credit for, but Donny needs to work on his live performance.
:be: Belgium will finish the show with a bang, and people will remember it.

Borderline -

:mk: Macedonia will get the some of the regional votes, and Kaliopi's vocals are memorable, but the song is way too old for some.

Unlikely qualifier

:ch: Switzerland has a good song, but will get lost between two better ballads.
:dk: Denmark has a fairly vanilla song, and will most likely get lots of low-point scores from various countries, and it won't be enough.
:ge: Georgia is unique, but depending on the performance, they might be battling for last place.
:al: Albania achieved 5th in JESC with a mediocre song, thanks to the draw, and they have that same draw now.

Impossible qualifier

:by: Belarus is just terrible.
:ie: Ireland is like Denmark, vanilla, but worse. Like, off-vanilla.
:sl: Slovenia will definitely get lost between two favorites, Australia and Bulgaria, and the song just isn't memorable.

Heard the rehearsals last night and did what I've done with semi 1 as well...

Safe
:ua: 95 % - Many will be happy to have the Ukraine back and Jamala is one of the strongest contenders in this year
:au: 90 % - I can't imagine the situation when Australia will not be announced, but there's the chance for every country
:rs: 90 % - She get's one of the dark horses more and more. Top 10 in the final for sure, maybe even more.
:lv: 85 % - The equivalent of Hungary in semi 1. Good performance, and the song seems solid as well.

Almost done
:mk: 80 % - She seems to be born for the Eurovision stage. Most likely she will perform twice.
 80 % - Still a smaller favourite of the whole event to me.
:pl: 75 % - Another vocal performance that will blew the masses away.
:lt: 70 % - He knows what to do to get the votes.

Borderline +
:bg: 60 % - Maybe she becomes a 2nd Mei Feingold, but she has the same bonus as the Ukraine, maybe even bigger.
:be: 60 % - It's not only the last spot, it's also the songs that will perform before her, so she can wake up the audience.

Borderline -
:dk: 55 % - This is the first country we have to think about, when one of ones above will perform badly.
:ie: 50 % - Like it or not, but Ireland is either going to follow the israeli history of the latest years or will be saved by some juries this time.

Have to fight
:il: 40 % - Despite being the most eurovisionary song of the evening, I still cannot see this qualifying and becoming another shocking NQ.
:ge: 20 % - The possibility is there, that the audience will like this. Still an unlikely qualifier.
:by: 20 % - Only if the people get attracted by the show, even if they don't have to understand it.

Hoping for a miracle
:ch: 15 % - She works quite okay until the ultimate chorus. Then she proves that she's far from being a 2nd Celine.
:al: 10 % - Albanians will vote for this, but no one else will like this bland plastic revamp.
:sl: 5 % - The only possibility for a last place imo.

In the end everything will turn and all the qualifiers we consider to be safe in this worse semi, will fail
