The intro is so good.

The song is better than I feared. They're trying way too hard with it though.

If they'd loop the entry for 3min it would be amazing

I'm usually not for unnecessary wailing and stuff, but that intro is just great and it has a strong ethno-flavor to it... but that's also the let-down considering the rest of the song doesn't so it's all deceiving ... it's an ok song still but yeah... no Kvitka, not even better than the other proposed songs from her EP. I'd even chose the standard ballad "Syla" over this I think

Tayanna's song is quite good. Fresh, upbeat, feel-good, but I can't help but feel that it would fare better in English. Ukrainian just sounds...messy? Like it's hard to distinguish where words start or end. English would probably give a better placing at ESC too. Not a bad song by any means though! Would love to see it in Lisbon.

I'm not sure Ukrainian is the "reason" for what you just described, it's just the way she's singing it and the way the song is built, it would probably be sounding just as "messy" in English, because that's the structure of the song, the tempo of words and how they float into eachother. It's purposely done, you can listen to other Ukrainian language music to quickly find out it's not a "messy language", actually Ukrainian was ranked top. 3 most melodic languages in the world in some ranking made by linguistics, higher ranked than English if I remember correctly, but yeah that's subjective I guess.

The song is ok, freshly produced, and for sure I'd rather see this than tween girls' idol Melovin, but I think they could have done better... atleast it's miles above that banal soup "I Love You" from last year...

Thankfully everything else except the chorus sounds better but I still dislike her song very much.

Do they actually expect to win the NF with it? I just can't see it doing any damage if the system is even half way fair.

I wonder if Tayanna would've been better off withdrawing once she found out that Kvitka was not eligible. A flop in the national selection would not be a good look for her.

The key change sounds so weird here.

I already can imagine Jamala commenting on this like "At start it makes me expect something great, but then nothing happens for the rest 2 minutes. It's nice you sing in our language, but next time come here with better song. This one sucks."

That song is great! Props to Tayanna for keeping it in ukrainian
I think it has a lot of potential, hopefully the performance will be good and she won't suck as hard as what happened with "I love you"

On the first listening I'm not that impressed with Tayanna's entry!
I prefer "Kvitka" and not to mention "I love you"..

I hope we will be blessed with smth like 2010 Ukraine - Alyosha - "Sweet People"!
that voice, that performance, it's surreal...I still have goosebumps while watching and listening to that performance..

Well one of outcomes i expected from The Erised is that they will bring song full of modern electronic voice "effects" in their style without the composition itself even close to be genuine. They have many of similar songs and this one is just another in their repertoir. Not impressed at all.

So far the only song that has chance to win selection and compete for Top-10 in Lisbon is MELOVIN's "Under The Ladder". As much as I love "Na party" juries just won't go for it.

Indeed! Please slay us! I won't stand for that wannabe tween Idol Melovin winning... Illaria bring that real Ukrainian ethno gem !!! Let's just hope the selection will be fair (I'm in doubt), because Illaria doesn't have the team behind her like Melovin or Tayanna has... but if it's going to between Tayanna and Melovin then OBVIOUSLY Tayanna should win imo...

The song will be published in the web on Monday but Purur have just premiered it on the radio.
I like it equally with their previous attempt. This one is more uptempo and it's even more weird, more complicated structurally. It's like Purur mixed with William Orbit with piano intro. It won't win the NF tho.

I've just heard "Fire" on radio premiere and I think this is nice, a bit burlesque in best traditions of Pur: Pur. So far I still prefer "We Do Change" but new song may be grower. No way this will be close to victory but may be good addition to already meh NF.
