Well, at least a new record number of entries? (44)

Turkey will come back next year and I'm almost sure Bulgaria and Croatia too.

Ukraine will return when the war is over.

Bosnia is also likely to return soon, but not sure when.

Slovakia might come back too some year and Andorra as well. It's more difficult for Luxembourg.

Forget about Monaco,Morocco and all those debuts. They're gone.

And well, maybe some countries are withdrawing. We never know.

If all countries of this year take part next year,
and also Turkey,Bulgaria,Croatia come back then we have 42 countries.
Is it impossible for two more countries?Bosnia or Slovakia or Ukraine if the war is over or maybe Andorra if Spain wins!

Slovakia won't return recently. Their situation is the same as Czech Rep.'s. Whatever, that is out of topic.

I think we will really be back in 2016, the new manager Şenol Göka looks very eager about the contest. I'm happy that i can vote for my favourite and watch my favourite contest on a HD TV, but it doesn't change the fact that Turkey's still a conservative country with an ignorant attitude especially towards the LGBT community. I hope i won't be embarassed.

Don't be so sure for Croatia. THOC just started, the ratings are rising, but it's still unknown if its winner will represent us. BUT! For a success we need to get rid of Kostadinov!

As for BIH, there are strange relationships and it's a question if they will return. Afterall, their chief of delegation said that they can't go to Eurovision when they are people who starve. Basically - when you feed all the country, BIH can return.

What is THOC?

And Croatia, but maybe this is part of TRT's demands ;)

And, if things don't deteriorate even further, Ukraine.

Calm down for a sec and read what it says "One country has so far confirmed their participation in the contest". Even a wiki page is a reason to hate on a country, really? I mean really?

I haven't missed Turkey at all. Can't we have Slovakia or Kazakhstan instead?

Maybe not hating, but indeed I feel a bit too negative attitude about Turkey here. Finally they will come back and maybe take Eurovision properly. What else do you want from them? :p

I can understand why there's a bit of hostility. The previous head of TRT left no uncertainty over his feeling about Eurovision so many feel like Turkey doesn't appreciate the contest enough. Perhaps something as simple as an apology from them would be enough to ease feeling :p

Not that I'm bothered. More the merrier!
