EBU HAS to bring back the random draw next year, this blatant biasism simply can't go on without hurting the contest's brand and credibility.

And a special note about Australia (partly connected to the very good draw they got in both final and semi):

I'm tired of how blatantly they (EBU) are pushing Australia (which shouldn't even be in the contest in the first place). No offense Aussies, I have nothing against you or your country (in fact the opposite), so this is strictly in the Eurovision context.

First they (EBU) say it's only as an anniversary invite one time-thingy (direct qualification to final) and only if Australia wins they'd be invited back another year (this year that would be), now everyone knew this was a lie as we can see now and now Australia even gets like the best possible draws in both semi and final and got more green-room airtime than most. I mean really???

Chorizo Sweden was much earlier than Russia is last year and it didn't stop them go for a victory. And Sergey's stage number is more promising than Sweden.

it's now obvious that they use the running order to try to impact the result and even though i want russia to lose it doesn't sit that well with me and i think random draws would be better now even if they turn out as lopsided as 2010

I think you're overreacting way too much about the draw as always.

Reading your posts, I have a feeling that you think :cz: will now end dead last and otherwise it would have ended in Top 5. I don't think the running order can affect someone's position for more than few places up or down.

I agree about Australia! Three times they have been assigned the best slot position (latest in their semi/half).
