Why are you bringing up UK and Ireland? They have to do with it (although they did both get a higher televote than Sweden). Sweden think they can coast to a top 5 finish but sending a weak act from a shocking Melodifestivalen. The public have decided they've had enough. Sweden need to do something serious rethinking.[/QUOTE]

This is true, they have to change everything, to make their songs maybe less generic and commercial, and more outstanding now, more unique for Eurovision. For public, it was just too much that they recycle same thing every year, I guess. I am not hater, but by the results we can tell it.

I brought Ireland and UK up since you put A LOT OF shame on Sweden (a lot of times during the past years) ... WHY did you do that?

PLEASE cheer for your WINNER , but don't celebrate your looser.... You get me?

Who are you referring to? Again, the UK and Ireland are irrelevant to this discussion. I was only talking about Sweden, and I'm doing it representing a country. Sweden's entry last year was in my top 3. I loved it. No shame was thrown.

If there was any doubt about the swedish lobbies penetrated in juries, then the truth became clear after such discrepancy. The police should really start looking about the putrified corruption...

Shame on YOU... WHY??? Do you really think we are much different all over EUROPE???? I Think we ALL want like the same thing - we are not different... ... we reallu want and need the same things.... So I dont' get why there are some countries who are bullied every year... Since we need and want the same thing, why are aome countries always getting HEEPS of shit every year... even if they try there REALLY best... THAT is PURE BULLYING!!!111

You are NOT the only one... Yes, You maybe only read your own comments, but every single day for the last 15 years people have hated Sweden for trying to do their best in Eurovision... And that IS difficult to handle, when people are hating just cause you ntry to do your best... In the end you just give up... Like Russia...

Because i'm sick of watching the juries always so blindly worried to push for their beloved melofestivalen entries without any logic. But this time, it went to far.
SECOND PLACE? IS THIS A JOKE? A group labelled as music experts inserting this thing in second is nothing but complete bullshit. I just wonder, how much they are paid to act like that.

It could be as easy as some juries just lacking abilities to do the job. What they know though is that SWE always brings quality. So if they need to fill up their list and really have no idea what songs are good and what songs are not, they just take SWE and put them on top because "Hey SWE is always good". So it is kind of default year after year.

Not a SWE fault though, that countries are unable to put together a jury that actually has music experts.

I'm just glad not to be involved in this one for once  It's exhausting, as I'm sure the participants this time around would agree.

You're probably didn't payed much attention to my comments about that awful winner. One of the biggest detractors of that joke in this forum is me. And one thing doesn't invalid another and i feel the necessity to question this revolting biased jury.

As one of the special aberrant people last night who voted for Benjamin Ingrosso, I would like to say how wonderful and rejuvenating his performance was. How it inspired me in the moment to slightly bop my head and mutter "oh yes" as he was doing his thing. And what a thing it was. So smooth. So pristine. Truly the slickest performance of the year and the catchiest and most enjoyable melody that manages to make me feel like i'm lying on top of a hill at night, under neon, as the clouds above rain down pink candy onto me. A resplendent entry with a special performance and performer. Without Benjamin this year my Eurovision experience wouldn't have been as enjoyable. Thank you Sweden and thank you Benjamin Ingrossoxheart

People have nothing against Sweden or swedish people.

People just don't like unfairness and privileged status just for the sake of being Sweden.

It will backlash on you eventually.

You should be really proud of your entry and Benjaminxheart Sweden was the only country I voted multiple times for along with Hungary and Portugal, as those were the entries that meant the most to me throughout this Eurovision season, and ones that never once faded. I never thought i'd love a young pretty boy singing contemporary pop music (total opposite of what i'd usually enjoy), but somehow Sweden ended as my number 1 of the year. Congratulations on such a great result at the contestxyes
