Apart from my "secret" national final held in WV 28, I haven't had a public NF since WV 8. I wasn't going to have one now either, BUT I have discovered that a band I previously thought I wouldn't be able to send, does have 2/5 members living in Svealand. Which would make them eligible. And now I can't make up my mind which song to send.

So would anyone be interested in a national final? The band belongs to the Power/Folk Metal genre, but the songs I'm thinking of sending are old Swedish folk songs they've recorded and are thus not so much strictly metal.

Do it, do it, do it! NF's are fun I'd be interested to see if I would warm to any of the songs, as you do know of my difficulties with getting into Metal thus far. Old Swedish folk sounds very interesting though. I say go for it Anna!

Since Svealand is my second favorite country according to statistics ( ) it would be a pleasure for me to vote in this NF and I'm pretty sure that I will enjoy most (or all) of these songs.

has just voted. I found myself enjoying three of the four songs on offer here, which is pretty good. I didn't know what to expect going in but the songs had a nice almost medieval sort of feel to them. I'm glad you put on an NF
