I think Eduard Santha and Alex Florea should qualify
I don't care about 3rd qualifier because the songs i sort of liked were ruined by the performers
especially "Take Me Away" could use a better perfomer.. this was embarrassing

I quite liked "Messom Romale"....I maybe it was too much with taht presentation...but I can appreciate that entry..Gypsy music in the background was fantastic..
