The Eurovision commentator Marek Sierocki (2021, 2022, 2023) was sacked as well.
That would be a great change (if TVP still exists in May) xDMaybe long-term commentator Artur Orzech will be back??

Maybe because her song is out...?the same guy who wrote these songs wrote Luna's song... and people are still only talking about Justyna...
I generally do not spend ANY of my money on Polish artists (because there is one Greek artist who owns it all ) but I agree. And Edyta and probably Dawid Podsiadło.I MEAN...
PANI JUSTYNO just blessed us with her appearance... This is a performer I would pay a lot of money to see live, and consdering she wants to be at ESC it would be very stupid not to let her. Poland please, I promise at least 10 SMS messages
I like the live version way more than the studio one. Not talking about bad sound mixing tho. She doesn't sound like a water hag/crone (if we're on Witcher analogies) having a seizure during culmination. The ending is awesome (it's hard to do this after such choreo).
This is not ideal, but given the nature of the event itself it is not too bad, but most importantly, it proves how capable Justyna is vocally despite all the movements. I am in awe
I hope politics won't intrude. I was a lil' bit shocked after reading dirty verbal ping pong from both sides on the subject. PiS(s) doesn't give a shit about the broadcaster now. Duda cut 3 billion zloty, he will do anything to sabotage Tusk. They already illegally block Polish-Ukrainian border together with far rights, killed 3 drivers, they can do the same against TVP. Send there armed thugs, for instance. I've seen so much crap from them in the recent months, that nothing will surprise me anymore. And don't worry y'all, TVP will still exist and do its job. As always.
Just to set a few things straight, the whole "liquidation" situation surrounding TVP has nothing to do with actually liquidating TVP. I'd say it's more like cleaning up after PiS. The newly appointed staff continues to work and all channels are operating normally. Our president is supposedly a lawyer, although as a lawyer myself I must say that some of the stuff he says is just embarassing propaganda. Lately he's been constantly claiming that the changes in public media can only be done by the means of "ustawa" (which translates as a bill/act) and not "uchwała" (it's a legal act of lesser importance - it can't establish new laws and only has effect for public institutions - for example the Sejm's statute is passed this way every term). Outside of the fact that it's simply not true, his own party did the exact same thing a few times in the past 8 years and he had nothing to say about it then. I actually respected Duda. He's cunning and made me and a lot of people believe he's apolitical and only has the country's interests in mind. However, now he proved that he's just another PiS's puppet. All of his "smart lawyer" talk is meant to create an illusion that he knows the law and respects it, and sadly it seems to work on a lot of people who haven't studied the law. And PiS has always been suprised that the lawyers in our country have always been against them. Pathetic.

now this is what I can quality and interesting. This can win over the juries and the televotes unlike Witch-er.
It's pretty good, but it lacks a strong bridge, which is basically a must-have on eurovision these days. I hope the band will improve it before the preselections.
As for Witch-er Tarahoro, I think it would be a really good choice for eurovision. Considering all the latest trends at the contest, in general, alternative songs like that achieve strong results (fe Moldova 2022 and 2023, Serbia 2022 and 2023 etc.). People tend to enjoy "something different" and I fear that both "Short Period of Panic" and Mr. Narcissus' "Warrior" are a little bit too generic. I mean, they are both good songs in their own right and could potentially reach the final in Malmö, but I don't see them getting anywhere near the top 10. On the other hand, I actually believe that Witch-er Tarahoro can easily reach at least the left side of the table, unless it's an alternative-heavy final this year, which is quite unlikely.
