Boxing. Gold for Oleksandr Khizhniak. Happy for his comeback, last time he got just silver because of controversial judging, kudos for becoming the 5th Ukrainian champion in boxing ever.

Rowing. Silver in women's canoe double (500m Sprint). Girls confirmed their class after taking silver in Tokyo xbow

Wrestling. Another athlete from my city took a medal. He fought while having an eye injury (!) wearing an eyepatch and still almost had a tie.

Wrestling. Bronze for Zhan Beleniuk. It's sad knowing how he wanted to win, and it was a tie in the semi so he lost because the opponent earned an action-point ((. He's retiring so glory to our sport legend xxclap

Our gheys are lusting over our K-4 rowers who finished 4th. Remarkable result, considering it was our first performance in K-4 500m race ever.

:rs: defeated :de: with 93-83 in basketball and took the bronze medal.

Tough match, as expected, but we managed to prepare and recover after the semi-final match and deliver one more good performance.

I am sad that, in the end, :de: is left without a medal in basketball, and this team definitely deserves one, but I am sure the European championship will be a good chance for them to return to the top.

Katie Vincent won gold in women's canoe sprint (200m). This is now the most successful non-boycotted Olympics for :ca: surpassing Tokyo

Iryna Koliadenko earned silver in women's wrestling.
Overall it's a great result considering we had smaller team this time. 3 gold medals vs. just 1 in Tokyo.

Ready for the closing ceremony!

Olympic gold for :rs: in water polo after the victory in the final against :hr: with 13-11.

It didn't start well for us, but we managed to raise psychologically ahead of the 1/4 final match against :gr: . Then we played even better against :us: and now in the final, the best game against :hr: .

I am super proud of the whole team, a perfect way to conclude the Olympic games.

Thiam will be the :be: flagbearer for the closing ceremony

These OGs were fantastic for my two countries, the best since 2000 for Morocco and the best since 1924 for Belgium also some incredible emotional moments

My favorite moments of these olympics will probably be : Djokovic finally getting the olympic gold, El Bakkali winning 3000M Steeple, Thiam becoming the first heptathlete to win 3 OGs, the bronze of the Moroccan football team, Bashir Abdi a Somalian refugee who now becomes a double olympic medalist for Belgium

Also that girl from Saint Lucia, the Dutch mixed 4x400 relay win was amazing, the refugee team getting a medal, Imene Khelif shutting the haters mouth, Paolini/Errani getting gold in doubles, Machac becoming an olympic champion, Musetti and olympic medalist

All the African medals made me jump of my seat from joy too

Loved these OGs !
