At least it qualified unlike Icebreaker. Funny how people like songs with changing tempi now but found it alien in 2016.

Wow, I guess we have the fan flop of the season. I was shocked when I see the results. I mean bottom 5 in BOTH juries and televote. Very very interesting. I guess the song is really inaccessible and truly made for the ESC bubble (which I am glad I wasn't part of).

The fact that there is basically zero hype around this entry despite having such an overwhelming positive resonance among ESC fans kinda certifies this as the fanwank of the season to me.

One of the most unfair last placings in ESC final ever (probably together with 2018). I'm afraid Norway will go back to the usual English formula rather than going with folk in their native language... Thank you for the amazing performance, and for staying loyal to your roots this year, Norway!

Because some people like intense folk entries sang entirely in a native language of the contestant like this one?
