Sry, but I can't understand the hype either. The song reminds me of Firelight last year, and tbh I think Firelight was better. Both singers could improve their vocals a little, and the kiss thing is just a cheap gimmick and a bit too late for a surprise effect. (Krista 2013).

That being said, the song itself is solid and the upbeat feeling is nice. I wouldn't mind them qualifying, but I don't expect them on the left table side. What makes them the current #5 in the forum poll I don't know.

It's not exactly studio version, it's just them singing in a radio show. But i like this more then the live version on the show. I don't know if it was in bad quality or what but it didn't sound so good. Now I see that they really know how to sing. (Y)

The worst thing you can do with a song in publicity matter is to publish it as a live version first. Live version where it's not rehearsed a lot and quality of the sound is absymal. GtY for excample I think wouldn't get the hype it's getting if there was only those poor live versions.

French and German versions of This Time are being recorded in addition to English. Possibly Lithuanian too, but I can't remember where I saw that.

I'm surprised that this is doing to well in the poll and in our Ranking Game. It's far from a bad song but it just doesn't strike me as something that was appeal to the masses. It'll definitely be a very likeable performance as two have great chemistry. But I just don't know if the juries will go for it, it just doesn't seem like the kind of song. But then again, Lithuania always seems to qualify when nobody expects to. They did so in 2011, 2012 and 2013. And even last year they just missed out by one place.

I'm surprised as well. That kiss must have helped a lot of people make up their minds I'm sure everyone does genuinely like the song but it's one of the few I personally can't bear this year. I find it comes across as very calculated and quite cringeworthy. Lithuania probably will qualify this year.

Odalis and I share this thing where every time we like a Lithuanian entry, it fails. I loved Jeronimas Milius, InCulto and Vilija. I wonder if she likes the 2015 entry actually... Russian Queen [MENTION=9563]Odalis[/MENTION]? What do you make of "This Time"?

Yeah, I haven't seen a studio version of this either which is odd. Vaidas released it as a solo version but that's about it, I believe.
