Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

Honestly you should've qualified recently, and that failure shouldn't mean that song contests aren't for you. The wall you were talking to did listen, it wasn't enough but is it really *your* fault? You shouldn't blame yourself. Will be missing you like hell and will hope that there'll be something that makes you come back one day if it's how it is, though.
