I agree with most of this, except the song wasn't instant for me at all. All I heard was a very standard composition with some nice harmonies and good looking boys. But then again instant couldn't be said about "Rise Like a Phoenix", so maybe the "Italian-ness" of this song is enough to charm it all the way to the top xshrug

lol yes, RLAP was far from instant. I didn't even like it on radio or with the video. The performance was a complete game changer though. Same is true for CATS, which was saved by their performance (although I loved the melody, which many found boring).

Grande Amore is supercatchy and heartfelt already on audio only. Addictive like a sweet drug. This could roll close to 400 points or over it.

I still don't get the love for this. It's cheesy, overdramatic, contrived and I find the group themselves utterly irritating. If this gets top 3 I'll be annoyed.

It is quite unlikely that they will screw up the song on stage, they are way too experienced singers live. Also, they sound live exactly like they sound in the recorded disc. Moreover, they have a great stage presence.

Sure this is the most predictable song from Italy, but it's defiantly the strongest. Don't fix what isn't broken. I can see this song easily winning because it's 3 Italian men that can sing opera AND are handsome? Well I just haired every female and gay guy's swoon their votes to Italy. Also, it's a really strong and uplifting song. Unless they throw a France 2011, and REALLY REALLY screw up, then this is definitely top 3. It's a little too early for it to be OMG WINNAR but lets see what happens between now and May

OMFG- THAT'S AWESOME xheart

If they don't destroy it at the stage, it can hit top 10 easily. Probably my second fave

We had 4 entries in the last years but only one has been a real hit in Italy, and I refer to "L'essenziale" by Marco Mengoni. "La mia città" by Emma has been a hit too but only after the Eurovision, during the summer 2014.

I'm glad that this year we're going to participate with another hit song, because this can help to make Eurovision more known here in Italy. Grande amore is at the #1 on the italian singles chart for the second week and yesterday has been certified gold.

In these days the guys are visiting different italian cities to advertise their EP "Sanremo Grande Amore", here's a video who can show their success (they are in Vittuone, a city near Milan, so the place is not big but the audience's huge):

You're welcome, Busybee. I have been a fan of them for four years already, so I do know what they can achieve. When I have learned that they were going to compete in Sanremo, I did research about Eurovision contest, because I didn't know much about it. So I found this forum. Probably it may be possible, as Krishoes said above, that thank to their present success the interest about Eurovision Song Contest will raise in Italy.

Thank you for this..I don't think I had seen it live before after the final night. They're amazing singers and look like nice guys, too..the more I watch this video, the more certain I am that they will win.
