They don't like it that much anymore!

This is the type of the song, that you find amazing and original at first listening, but after few more listenings you realize all flaws it has, and bad lyrics become more and more recognizable. :D And I see Barbara Dex candidate here for sure!

It's not going to win and it's more clear now!

A week ago, my father heard the Israeli song for the first time, he hates songs of this kind, but to that he said "special" and that this is a good song. So much so that this song probably affects people.

I think Toy is the type of song that is huge among the ESC bubble but is not anything too special for most people. My friend gave it a listen because of the hype and was surprised because it sounded like nothing special, even described it as "random catchy pop song".

I don't agree with you. This song is not a regular Eurovision song at all. It has a lot of potential to be a big hit outside Eurovision. TBH it's the only Israeli song in the contest that ppl here actually listen to :/

Isn't Golden Boy a hit in Israel? I heard it even here in Turkey

If it won, like some seem to think possible, it would be the most annoying winner since Lena, but it could also flop heavily if the performance isn't right on point. Hopefully the hype dies down.

I never claimed it' a regular Eurovision song. My friend said it sounded like just another pop song which does not give Eurovision winner vibes. Fair enough.
