Interesting to see :ie: Ryan O'Shaughnessy writing songs for Celtic artists now.

While I absolutely adore the Irish folk/celtic music, for the level of its genre this is unfortunately kind of half baked from Reylta. :(

Atmosphere is crucial here for this to make impact with the viewers because there are very few lyrics after the first minute. I think it will be hard to pull that off (especially in the LLS studio) but hope she can get a positive result of dome kind because we need more songs in this mold to be seriously considered for the Irish NF in the future.

It´s ok, but kinda feels like rewarmed ethno from the 2000s. Would be a nice change after last year, but I don´t think this would do wonders at the ESC.

Samantha Mumba's "My Way" is alright. It kicks off really interesting and powerful but it feels unpolished in the chorus.
It's decent but like @mauve I prefer the other two entries.

Act 3 is confirmed and it's the return of Adgy!

He of course was one of the leaked acts, I liked his leaked song but felt a little uncompetitive but that may have been the demo version!

While I'm fairly certain Samantha and EMMY are 2 of the final 3 one thing that is leaving me in a little doubt is, why have they already released their songs? I thought they were supposed to have signed NDA's where they can't reveal their entry before they are announced?

I'm certain Emmy is in, but I'm still not convinced its Laika Party she's performing. But in Samanta Mumba's case while I'm still sure its her the cynic in me thinks she could be using the Euro song release week as a means to promote her new song...but then I don't really get why she would release a new single out of the blue unless it's for ESC.

I'm surprised Adgy is back.
His leaked song was alright but he butchered his live vocals last time... will it be better this year?
I honestly doubt it.

Ukrainian producer Ivan Klymenko (Ukraine 2022, 2024) produced Adgy's entry.
Yep, I also have doubts about his live vocals.

Oh really, interested now as I loved both those entries! The version above I’m convinced is only a demo now as it seemed to be too basic to be produced by someone like Ivan Klymenko!

I have doubts too but tbh I just don’t think “Too good for your love” suited him as a singer, this might be more his style.

And if i’m honest, it wasn’t his vocals in 2023 that worried me, it was more his stage presence, just didn’t look comfortable at all being there.

Adgy can’t sing for toffee… not sure why they’re entertaining him again

Yep, there's a difference between selling a demo and finishing a song for his artists at the studio.

Adgys song is ok but kind of boring imo, we shouldn't send it.

Also we got our rhyming fire with higher song after all. :ROFLMAO: (I think I also heard "wire")

I think we can definitely do better lyrically.

He Swedified the demo 😐 Gurl, bye! I'm not sure that even the best bop on this planet would helped him, anyway

Adgy's entry is out. Less interesting than his 2023 attempt, a little bit more Celtic, but it's more designed for radios and Spotify playlists than for Eurovision.

The way you worded the first sentence I thought for a second that he had withdrawn.

Well, we will have Fillari for the 3rd time, and in a NF with 30 songs, so...
