Bobbi has lost her voice! Vocal rest til she’s on stage - such a shame because she is literally Ireland’s only qualification hope on paper

My dad heard the songs earlier today and predicted that Emmy will win. (he's not much of a Eurovision fan he just based it off the clips they showed on tv)

He was annoyed/confused when I told him she didn't have an Irish connection at all though. I had heard some people saying that might hold her back but it seems like it could be true.

Reylta is getting a bit of fire right now, rightfully so, IMO.

She was among the artists who signed the letter for Bambie to withdraw last year. Now she's competing in Eurosong. Asked about that, she said she would still sign that Letter again as of now. Asked if that means she won't be going to Eurovision if she wins Eurosong, she refused to answer.

Honestly I hate behavior like that. So hypocritical - and it really Shows that sighing such a Letter is virtue signaling for many. Ugh.

I sincerely hoped that we would have left such issues of heated debate in 2024.
What's the point of taking part in a NF if you aren't sure about participating in Eurovision?
It has been known that Israel would be taking part straight from the beginning - nothing has really changed (apart from the ceasefire in Gaza/Israel)... I expected artists to have dealt with the issue BEFORE making such decisions again.

I don’t really understand why you’d enter Eurosong if you have no intention of going to Basel? I’d understand if it was more of an established contest like San Remo or Melfest but it’s literally an afterthought to an Irish talk show… hardly groundbreaking to win on its own!

I have a very important followup question:

If so, using what we learned in the original question, will it be the creamy kind of peanut butter, or has some kind of terrible accident happened that will cause chunky peanut butter to be inflicted upon the audience?

Excuse me but is this a chunky peanut butter shade post? Think very carefully before answering.. *strokes large tub of Whole Earth crunchy peanut butter*

Go, Ireland! Bobbi has the best song. In my opinion, an easy Q for Eurovision standards.

Also very excited for this quite strong NF. I get the sense that this is kind of a Bobbi Arlo fait accompli, which I'm not mad at, but a Samantha Mumba miracle would be a fun which is cool result.

Excuse you, my absolute lifelong dream is to win Irish Eurosong on the most shitass sound stage on Ireland's 4th favorite talk show with the worst acoustics you've ever seen and no chance for stagecraft. No, I have not heard of Eurovision and would never take part in it

My prediction actually is that Samantha Mumba wins. I feel she'll top the jury vote and be high with the public.
