I'm glad she won. I voted for her around 10 times.

You have to love the late late show.

I think it may grow on you. Not saying you'll ever love it, but this for sure has that quality about it.

To be honest, songs really don't grow on me. I usually know instantly if I like a song or not. I'm probably going to "get used to it" as it's inoffensive but that's as far as it goes.

I think Ireland should be concerned. Even the national juries didn't even really support it so I don't know if International juries will love it either. Just being a ballad isn't good enough.

Shes a good performer and the song is pretty good overall (after hearing it again here tonight), like I've said. However it doesn't give an impact that will allow people to remember it. She struck gold by going last in the running order tonight, but in May shes in the first half of the semi and with an even worse place in that half I think she will probably fail to make the final. 5 points.

I'm really happy with this choice. I liked Anybody Got A Shoulder going in, but the live was a bit lacklustre. Playing With Numbers was my second fave and Molly turned out to be a much more engaging performer.

This is a proper song. There's no manufactured pop track or reality show wailing, just a fairly simple piano ballad. This is exactly the sort of thing Ireland should be doing. It suits them. I reckon it's a qualifier.

I was just able to sneak in on the winning performance and witness this song for the first time...

She has a special voice. The song is decent but pretty insignificant. Much classier than last year's attempt at least. 4 points.

To be fair the juries were all over the place tonight. The only song they really agreed on was She's So Fine.

I think it will take a miracle to happen so that the Irish song this year qualify for the final. All this is very weakly. They had a better song than this, that's for sure! Good luck!

Yeah, but you've been pretty forceful that Erika was the ONLY choice for Ireland to do well at Eurovision. But that is simply your view as well. Obviously the Irish disagree with you.

I spoke about doing well. You spoke about dignity. Quite different concepts ;)

Molly's song was the lesser of the 3 other sins available. It's a plain composition and her voice is horribly forced. I wouldn't point my finger at the song and scream "dreadful" though (like I would with Nikki, Erika and Alex). It's just "ok", ok like half the other songs this year that I can't be bothered to listen to. Ireland had a chance for a ballad that would have stood out, they went with the commercial one that risks blending in with all the others we have already, and are destined to get this year. Time will tell it's fate.

I'm just glad I was right to think that Kat had a chance here. She really did, and almost got it, despite people thinking I was crazy. I'd like to see her back again with something similar.

Ireland needs to hope the jury score them really high or the results are a mixed up mess so they could slide in cause I'm not sure this can qualify on its own.

They should be lucky their in semi 2 where things are more open and not semi 1. If they were in semi 1 they would be D.O.A.

I said Molly or Erika all night... so I am happy. I would have preferred Erika though

It was the one I disliked the least of the 5 so I think Ireland made the best choice they could. I just hope they get better people to choose the songs next time. There's no way those were the best 5 out of 300.
