It's Eurovision...when is it ever game over? Did you even watch Semi 1? I thought it was 'game over' for half the qualifiers (especially that mess Albania).

Maria better slay Semi 2. She's got it all. Hate the pageant dress though.

Semi-final 1 qualifiers were as predictable as they can be. I got 9 out of 10 right. One thing you need to know: 4 or more songs in a row on the running order qualifying is almost impossible, and as Iceland is stuck between Sweden, Latvia and Azerbaijan, who are sure qualifiers unless something tragic happens, Iceland has a very tough mission. I hope they do qualify though, I really like the song!

Ah, for the first time in ages, I won't be bothered with Iceland. I already grew bored of the song when it got translated + its repetitions, and add to that the live performances. I think this COULD sneak in at the end but I'm still devastated at how this all turned out.

Love the song, the performance was awful, off key, not surprised but sad that a great studio song didn't translate live.

It was in my bottom 5 from the beginning so I'm obviously not sad at all. Maria is probably a sweet girl and I wish her the best of luck. But it was a crappy song and an even crappier live performance sealed their fate. Iceland and Denmark are in the same boat and hopefully both of them will start re-evaluating their selection process.

Vocals just were not there, and my worst fear of this coming off as a pageant-type performance came true. #sadface

I'm sorry for Maria, but this was a well deserved failure. It was too much of a copycat-mixture of past entries. Not surprising enough for the audience. And she should have kept it in islandic. That was more mystic! In english it just became a very average pop-song, performed barefoot xboring

She was better today, but I think the terrible jury performance killed her chances. I couldn't stand this song at all, so I'm glad Iceland is out and I hope they come back next year with something more interesting. It's been already two years of dreadful songs and many years without a wow song from them!
