According to Wikipedia, Greece is a confirmed country! The page, however, says also this:

The Greek broadcaster, NERIT, has sent a preliminary application to participate, however, the broadcaster's application to become an active EBU member is currently pending. Greece's participation in the 2015 contest is conditioned upon the broadcaster becoming a full EBU member prior to the semi-final allocation draw on 26 January 2015.

So what? Greece is more in or more out?

Yes it's been like that for some time. The mods on there fail to recognize the fact that NERIT thinks they won't get accepted to the EBU.

This Thursday, December 4th the 73rd General Assembly of the European Broadcasting Union takes place in Geneva. On December 5th the final voting to accept new active members takes place. NERIT is one of the broadcaster applying for active membership, the voting outcome of which will determine the participation of Greece in Vienna’s Eurovision Song Contest.
