Re: GREECE 2015

This is the worst greek NF i have seen xboring

If i have to go with one it'll be Shaya, instrumental and "Heya Heya" parts are amazing but the vocal melody ruins the whole thing. Still the best option.
The rest i don't even want to talk about, Thomai's face makes me wanna SOOC and if they choose "Ela" Greece is soo staying in the semi for the first time ever.
I'm done, thank you.

Re: GREECE 2015

Because they are allergic to their own language :?

And they also consider the lyrics about syrtaki and sea cheap and old fashioned

But Greek is so beautiful and harmonious language
I don't believe that song can be old fashioned, there is only good and bad songs

Re: GREECE 2015

If there's one thing I know for sure about Greece, that thing is that they are always vivid, never boring, even when they send songs I don't like xD
I like "Crash And Burn", but I think Thomai is going to win, which won't be such a bad option. I don't know what she's saying and how it sounds for a native speaker, but I find it catchy and the language is beautiful and sounds even better in songs.

Re: GREECE 2015

OMG the songs are dissapointing.

- Shaya probably has the catchier song and is the favourite.

- Maria Elena has a fantastic voice we all know that but the song is not memorable (Austria's song last year was a little bit the same and won ).

- Thomai jazz and syrtaki serioursly? Actually the music is good but the lyrics for those who know Greek are meaningless.

- C REAL what are you thinking?? They have amazing songs so far in their career, never sang an English song and they decide to sing in English for Eurovision ( logic ??? )

- Barrice AWFUL !!!! How you can attract audience with a bad song ? Of course, you have in the last half of the song syrtaki!

Conclusion: Shaya is the favorite , Maria Elena has her chances as well and I think Thomai has a few chances of a surprise win.

This is not true. As a matter of fact, C:Real started off their career with english lyrics songs

Re: GREECE 2015

Out of the five songs, four are upbeat ethnopop with a break for dancing to ethnic instruments... never change, Greece.

We have changed last year, and also in 2009, and also in 2006, and also in 2003 & 2002, but the results were not that good...

Re: GREECE 2015

What would have made the videos even better is cars trying to squeeze past them and park right in front of the camera. Then yell at the artist for being in the way.

Thomai Apergi: xshock This is what I expect from Greece. It's a mix of styles, and it sounds very Mediterranian. xbow xbow xbow xbow
Maria Elena Kiriakou: It's nice, but it adds nothing. If it's still in Greek...
Barrice: The bridge is TOP. The rest of the song is meh.
C:Real: My favourite after Thomai xlove. I love the vibe it desprends...
Shaya: That's Greece? The song has good intentions, but no.
