There is no picture of her from behind, so it's hard to tell, but I recognize the shoes. They are the ones she used at schlag den raab! When she used the other jumpsuit she had different shoes, too.
Of course there is no way to be sure that those shoes are always matched with the same jumpsuit, but it's a good omen nonetheless.

Ann Sophie from Germany is up. Ann is in a tight suit that is from Lena’s 2011 closet. Her vocals are dramatically better than from the National Final. Less screaming! She is a great performer. (Zack)

Germany has a gold and black staging with large spotlights on stage. Ann Sophie is wearing a catsuit and adds some choreography to her performance since USFÖ. The vocals have improved a lot since then and she’s less screechy and more melodic on the big stage. A very positive start for Germany. (Sean)

I’m actually very surprised by Germany. Ann really is out to show that she deserves to be here after that mess of a national final. Good for her! Very slick and well-polished. I don’t see this as a winner, but I think it will get Germany back to a respectable finish. (Zack)

It's just a little snippet. Hard to tell if it's the Schlag den raab all over again. I expected more gold and black on the screen, from the description of it.
Looking forward to the second rehearsal.
Also, not enough lights on Ann Sophie, IMHO.
