Next i will enter my friends and family´s mail adresses and tell them they should confirm all of the mails ;)

Lol, I DID see it coming. Don't forget to use that good for nothing, long forgotten e-mail from years ago. Always handy in such days. Get a few of those and you can vote yourself to sleep

I voted/tried to vote for Betty on one radio station this morning already, and now I voted for her on the other 8 stations, but I haven't gotten any confirmation emails yet, not even the one from the station where I voted this morning (I've looked into my Spam folder and everything, there's nothing?!) :?

Yay, go Betty...She's our underdog.

What's the deal with the 3 minute rule? Ben Ivory and Cascada are both over three minutes for sure and I don't know about the other entries' lengths but they may or may not exceed it too...

"Taken by a stranger" and "Standing Still" were both longer than 3 minutes and were cut down at a later point to comply with the contest rules. That rule however does not apply to NFs so they don't have to change it yet.

I'm curious to see how the acts I mentioned would cut it down though. Both songs seem like it wouldn't suit them if they had bits cut out for the sake of the rule. I guess time will tell...

I've voted with two different mail adresses on two different stations (for Betty, btw. ;)) and I got a confirmation email for the second vote right after clicking "Abstimmen", but I'm still waiting for the first one...that's a bit puzzling, I must say.
And I wonder, if those multiple votes via one email adress at all 9 stations will be actually counted or not? :?

(Edit/Update: After hours of delay, I finally and actually received my confirmation email for my initial vote, too...ok, great, then! :D)

Re: GERMANY 2013

Oh, I'm sorry for my previous confusion. I though Die Priester's song would still have to be changed. But apparently that's it. And that's good because the song is great :)

I don't get the passion about "Glorious" but I can't hear any "Euphoria" in it, either (as many people claim). And, besides, that's just the band's style .

I like 3 songs and when I try to picture them on the ESC stage all of them seem good for it. May the best win! :D

Re: GERMANY 2013

I'm still in doubt that Cascada will win the national final. Her song is at place 65 in the iTunes charts right now, but it is falling further every hour, so one cannot say that it is a huge success. Regarding the radio stations Blitzkids and Ben Ivory are played quite often, so they might be at second and third place respectively in the radio voting. Cascada will most likely only win the radio vote thanks to her 1,7 million facebook fans, but it is questionable if the TV audience will like her song, too.

Depends how many of those followers are from Germany? I know anyone can vote but it's more of an effort for others not in Germnay . I think a lot of he followers are UK based.

I don't like the online voting thing...allows fanboys to spam votes.

As long as Ben Ivory or Saint Lu win I'll be happy. 2 amazing songs that would easily win most selections.

But we all know Cascada will win, unless the juries take a dump on them.

Ben Ivory and Saint Lu are also my favourites, along with The Priesters. I'm very curious to know how they are going to look and sound like on stage.

Re: GERMANY 2013

Well, imao the online voting is exactly for the victory of Cascada.
Otherwise there is no reason for something like that.
50-50 is more easy,and fair.

Re: GERMANY 2013

Yeah it's gotta be either Ben Ivory or Saint Lu. The online voting doesn't seem fair at all. It's obvious that people are going to cheat and vote multiple times, spamming everywhere they go with messages begging others to do the same. Plus why should the rest of the world have a say in Germany's entry? Cascada's victory is far from certain though. The artist in second or third with the online vote may have a stronger showing with the televote and jury. I certainly can't see the jury favouring Cascada when a lot of the other songs are just soo much better.

Re: GERMANY 2013

Yeah, but you just can't take the jury serious. Natalie Horler is even bigger than all of them togheter, so I don't get why they want to rate her. And beside this, all of those do and listen to such singer-songwriter stuff, so Cascada probably won't get that much points from them, because it's not their genre. None of them has anything to do with Dance or Electronic, its all about that "Guy with the guitar"-stuff. This is unfair.

Re: GERMANY 2013

I´m already looking forward to our NF on Thursday :-)
The opportunity of online-voting is good, but there has to be something to prevent multi-votes imo.
I voted for Cascada today.
