Hey ! Guess who's back ? Yeah that's me. Indeed ,i prefer to be a forum rather than in fb group. Else, Madame Monsieur will do a concert in Paris (Au Petit Bain) on March the 5th with 2 of others candidates from Destination Eurovision : Sweem and Noée.

I'm quite optimism for the song already it's better than Requiem

good news: this is amazing. bad news: it is even frenchier than requiem last year and europe does not like frenchiness. it took a huge step up for requiem to blossom into a successful entry, which I'm not sure is even possible with mercy. i don't want france's success in eurovision to be a two year fluke, they deserve more!!!

I'm actually quite thankful for the minimalistic sound of Mercy! It's an enjoyable song with some completely unnecessary repetition in the end but hey it's France so I have a bad hunch that our dear televoters won't have much appetite for this song.

A couple of days ago, France 2 announced its commentary team for the contest. It will be made up of Stéphane Bern (commentator for the past few contests), Christophe Willem ("Destination Eurovision 2018" judge) and Alma (last year's French representative). Not sure how they're going to handle the call for the semis

Why do you want a revamp? You among others were saying how great the song was only a couple of months ago on release and in the NF. Surely if that was the case it would be ready to go.
