Tonight, my full support goes to France. It's a perfect winner to be quite frankly. And i think it's time to return to the beautiful city of Paris ;) Good luck Amir, no matter what i wish you all the best!

Amir, Amir, Amir... Ah, my love at first sight with your song is undeniable. I am so glad to read that you hit all those high notes last evening, and hopefully you will repeat the exercise tonight. In any case, as said so many times, I believe you are the only serious challenger to Sergey's victory. I expect a duel between you and Sergey tonight - and honestly, I don't mind which one of you wins, cuz I like both of you. However, I wish the ESC would return to Paris - we had Moscow in 2009, and only for this reason, I wish a bit more that you would win than Sergey :) Regardless, have fun and enjoy.

Unfortunately he's dropping more and more in the odds.... xcry1

I don't think he's in the run for victory anymore. But anyhow he's going to get my votes tonight!

I'm in Stockholm and people in the street talk to me to say they love the french song and so on... but I don't see how we could win. I would be very happy with top10.

Oh bookies schmookies, I don't think the casual viewer who only watches the final pays attention to oddsmakers (and they've often been wrong in the past as we've seen). It's up to the voters today along with the juries to decide, and I think the televoters are going to fall in love with Amir

A little trivia side note: The current highest score for an entry from France is 146 points, set by Amina back in 1991. Amir could be in line to smash that record

Well it shouldn't be hard considering how different the voting is today and how well Amir has been doing overall.

I think despite the downward swing in the last week Amir should still crack the top 5. I'm certain he would have won if they hadn't shot themselves in the foot xdoh

I am still thinking that Amir is the biggest threat to Sergey's win. I don't know why, but that's a fact for me. As for his singing, guys, have you forgotten how pitifully sang Lena in 2010, yet she still won both jury and tele voting??? Sometimes persona and song can be more than enough :)

Russia won't win since its been clear in the last 2-3 days the press and EBU have been going full force positive on Australia while an avalanche of negativity in the press has hit Sergey. The bookies are starting to see and buy it too xshrug

You remember last year even though Italy destroyed the televote they still drifted a lot after they sang while Sweden shortened. Bookies know what's happening on the inside and all arrows are now pointing to Australia. But France probably is the best to stop them if Amir did better with the jury then expected and the popularity of the past months carry over in a massive televote despite the bumps this past week. Not sure if likely but possible.

Well, we shall see. This year juries wont be able to hide. They will have to reveal themselves publicly how much politically they are voting themselves. Up till now it was always that blame fell on "countries", but now we shall see. This new system puts much more pressure on juries than viewers. So, if it happens what you are saying, ESC will lose all of its credibility and risk of losing the popularity it enjoys right now across the Eastern Europe :) Let us see. Have fun
