I'm sorry but this wasn't going to be top-10 even from the second half. It will get support from the juries, but the televoters will ignore this song.

And why not ? Patricia Kaas got an early draw in 2009, she reached the top 10 anyway.

You just can't compare Patricia Kaas to Lisa or "S'il fallait le faire" to this song.

We will see #2 or #6. Just wait and see. EBU Hates us for some reason.

Neighbours, you have some nerve. Did you really believe two years after Amandine you just could go and smuggle another high-class act through the ESC without getting caught? Oh no, not this time, Frenchies! You'll get duely noticed and properly rewarded. Don't claim you have not been warned.

Comments like this make me soooo happy! Yes, it is a fantastic act and performance and will hopefully do really really well. Come on Europe: Vote for the French!

Honestly, I don't think we will perform between the 1st and the fifth place.
France has been heavily applauded this morning and there is a huge chance that France will go back with the Bezençon prize. Many people think that the backdrop is one of the most beautiful of this year, along with Sweden and Spain. If it's the case, the organizers will get a lot complaints from the press center for wasting a beautiful performance too early.
Patricia Kaas is another matter, she was very famous so everybody was sure that she will get a decent ranking not matter the running order.

But on the other hand, I don't imagine France performance later than the 10th position.
Among the countries performing in the 1st part, we have also favorites like Estonia and Australia, and perhaps even Sweden or Slovenia if they also picked the first part. I don't see the EBU and the Austrian channel crazy/bold enough to give Sebastian or Mans a spot between 1st and 9th.

This morning, the goddess of Eurovision made a bad suprise to some countries but perhaps in order to give a good one next Saturday. I am not very optimistic but not pessimistic either.

It's hard to imagaine France perform 1st,but we are so unlucky that I will not be surprised
I really want Lisa to be the big winner, but a top 15 or have around fifty points would be already something great for France.

This entry would totally win in 1962.

Songs like this are timeless. Ones where the message is conveyed so impeccably well and really make you feel something xlove

I need something explaining to me..
Am I the only person who can hear a few female backing singers?

Plus Lisa was not giving it her all in the rehearsal. I love this song and I love her, she will SMASH it on Saturday!

I saw her live in the Eurovision village with the other big 5 and Australia. She sang French classics like"Ne partez pas sans moi" in addition to her own song. . The audience truly liked it. She is great live ( but not that good on TV, I think) In my opinion she was second only to Italy.

Well I had hopes Lisa will do decently and maybe even top 15. Now for the three years in a row they gave us a killing draw.

What can I say ? We are now in a constest that everybody hates and make fun of in France. No one wants to send a song, no one wants to represent us, not even young singers.

And now that they want world countries to participate, maybe it's time for me and France to turn the eurovision page :)
