It's a very strong euro-club hit haha. Slightly dated, but memorable, has quality and identity and atmosphere, is catchy ... no doubt about that. And I love Saara, I followed X Factor UK in 2016 as soon as she participated and really rooted for her. Especially as I liked her 2016 UMK entry and I have Finnish ancestry as well. She's come to be a really confident performer, a really sweet and strong person and I do admire her ambition and persistence, she's a super hard worker and she's proof of how far all of that along with talent and a bit of character can get somebody. I'm really, really proud of her. I like the story of an outsider finally getting to be a star. However, how she was selected is still absolute freaking nonsense to me. There's no way that since she got so far on a popular British show, she should be entitled to automatic participation at the expense of everyone who actually sent their songs in that were eventually scrapped in favour of her and the 'Saara show'. Nor is she somehow suddenly the best artist in Finland and can actually win Eurovision because of her accomplishment, it's not going to happen. If they tried to pull that here, I really would be outraged. They should've just gone through with the original UMK and immediately selected her for next year. I don't know, the whole thing definetly was just shady as hell, but oh well
I like the song and I have no doubt they'll get the performance right in the end at that she'll give her best.
