:ua: is the first? really? :?

and as expected Russia in the very beginning of 2nd half. Sweden is the last of 1st half, also expected.
I am surprised they put UK as last.
So all says about :hu:

Okey draw for us, probably the light podium that decided it. We got between :de: and :fr:, great. But i will be a very exciting final, it's wide open between: :am: :ua: :se: :at: :hu: :nl: :uk:

LOL it's even more fixed than last year

Austria, Germany and Sweden at the end of the first half. Not too bad places (out of possible) for the rest of the faves, except for the UK. Maybe they don't want to win after all and they don't care...

Overall, I think that the draw is nice.

I didn't thought about Ukraine as an opener, but yeah that might work.
Sweden was placed last of the first half, how Lucky they are !
France was placed first of the second half, how Lucky we are!

Otherwise, I've got the feeling they want to screw Belarus (number 2 is the kiss of death), Greece (by putting Poland just before), France (between Sweden and Russia), and the UK (last place is not that good). On the contrary, imo they seemed to have favoured Sweden (obviously), Hungary, Austria and Poland (by putting two slow song before).

I'm worried about the Netherlands, I hope 24th it is not too late, and San Marino coming right after them. Hungary is dangerous.

Not really sure about this. From song 16 people start switching out their minds, and usually from the 20th song onwards they're completely out. I'd say this draw (well, decision) has been kind to :se: and :at:, and not kind at all to :nl:.

It will extremely depend on how Ruth performes. Her song is not glorious, but it really is quite ESC-ish. Less screaming, less backing vocals and having all tones in place may make it. However, I see :nl:, :at: and :se: far ahead...

What a joke as predicted and expected x0s

All the ex-USSR were given the worst possible...all the Scandinavian given the absolute best....Western countries given the next best spots after the Scans....Balkans are just filler xshrug

The performance order is such a sham. They're not even trying to pretend it's in any way honest or neutral. If the idea was to make the show better by mixing up songs of different styles, it obviously failed. However, if the idea was to give pet countries prime positions, they obviously succeeded. Good luck next year :ukraine: and :armenia:.

Poland is 9th to perform? I think they should swap with Greece and everything would be right with the world...

A lot of favorites start early. I have no idea if 13 is bad for Sanna, because :az: got a 4th place in 2012 with that starting position.
Spain, Hungary and The Netherlands have really good starting positions.

I think it's okey, the most important were which songs we have before and after. But I don't agree with those saying we have this in the bag. It's wide open between 5-6 countries
