But thats not how it works at all, delegations lock in what part of the song they want to be in the recap prior to the performance and then whatever happens during that time regardless of quality is put in the recap

Sometimes it doesn't work that way, unfortunately.
Also sometimes techies on purpose? do not listen to what delegation member says (judging from our own experience from a few consecutive years).

These are worse. Fast paced Drone videos are hard to watch and then all these PR photos projected at their sites. I mean, cmon. Get at least some original footage from the artists.

Tbh even without red white red sunglasses on there is now way won’t qualify. The song and the performance are very strong and the vocals are decent enough by now.

I am happy anyway but I’m also more confident about our result now.

And yes this is the worst postcard in a long time. Why this drone thing. 2021 had really good graphics and the best postcard in a long time in my opinion. It had the best balance between showcasing the host country and presenting the acts. This time it’s 90 percent Italian places an 10 percent small photos of the acts…

I've done some math on this and honestly don't know how Semi 1 is going to get to ten qualifiers. I have seven songs making it and watch/listen to what we have from everything else thinking "yeah, this is going to miss." Even that 7 includes Austria, which I only have making it contingent upon a listenable vocal, which it does sound like she laid down at the right time at the jury show.

Im not sure i ever recovered from 2018 semi 1, you could have made a case for every song in that semi except Iceland
